Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree, preferably in the field of economics
  • Several years of experience in conceptualizing digital and live events, ideally including TV
  • Demonstrated interest in current economic topics
  • Experience in comprehensive research and identification of trends and business topics
  • Creativity in format and topic selection, especially in digital formats
  • High customer orientation and enjoyment of working with customers
  • Excellent communication skills, high flexibility, and effective work methods

Responsibilities

  • Development of new event concepts for demanding B2B target groups live/digital/hybrid
  • Identification and approach of high-profile speakers and people with something to say
  • Transfer of journalistic economic topics into exciting event formats
  • Staging of theme worlds in constantly changing settings, formats, and locations
  • Development of individual sales proposals
  • Identification and support of cooperation partners and agencies
  • Independent management of new and existing event formats, including marketing and invitation processes
  • Innovative design of one of the growth areas of the Handelsblatt Media Group
  • Close collaboration with the editorial and marketing departments
