Requirements

• Successfully completed journalism education and/or professional experience as an Online Redakteur
• Strong sense of local topics
• Experience in managing an online portal
• Proficient writing style with understanding of mobile article design and SEO
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends

Responsibilities

• Report on local and regional topics in a fast-paced and colorful style
• Identify and prioritize topics of interest based on digital metrics
• Produce news content and work as a Mobile-Reporter
• Manage BERLIN LIVE across all distribution channels
• Contribute to the strategic expansion of the platform
• Build a regional network
