Requirements

• Enrolled degree, preferably with a focus on Political Science
• At least 5 months of availability
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Service and solution-oriented thinking
• Independent and responsible work approach
• Confident and friendly demeanor
• Very good communication skills in German
• Bonus points for experience with a Content Management System (CMS) and/or participant handling knowledge

Responsibilities

• Handling and support of participants of the Bürgerfest
• Being the contact person for all inquiries related to the Bürgerfest
• Gaining first-hand experience in an event marketing agency and getting insights into their work
