Requirements

• Personality: respectful and service-oriented with good communication skills
• Problem-solving, team player, and competent point of contact
• Methodical and systematic work approach
• Completed vocational training or academic qualification in business, law, or IT
• Experience in project management and knowledge of compliance, sustainability, or ISO certifications
• Experience in a communication agency is a plus
• Fluent in German and good English skills

Responsibilities

• Group-wide process management and organizational development for around 700 employees
• Collaboration with all departments and 9 agencies within the fischerAppeltAG
• Development and implementation of compliance, sustainability, and security concepts
• Creation of new concepts, training, and process development for smooth agency operations
• Part of the Operations and Commercial Management Team with close contact to various areas of the agency group
