Requirements

• Completed degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent
• Experience in journalism, both print and online
• Proficiency in redaction software and social media
• Flexibility, resilience, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare channel-independent content for online and print
• Analyze data and use the editorial dashboard intensively
• Edit and optimize texts according to SEO standards
• Quality control of various editorial works
• Text editing in the content management system (CMS) including image selection
• Analyze the success of articles and continuously optimize existing processes and topics
