Responsibilities
Control and observation of editorial email inboxes and quick forwarding of important press releases
Observation of social media (especially Twitter)
Creation of daily appointment and production schedules as well as news overviews
Close cooperation with the word and image editorial teams, e.g. sending planning information to the regional services

Maintenance of internal contact and appointment databases
Flexible use in shift work, including weekends and holidays (during the day)
Ensuring smooth office operations, including answering phone inquiries, handling mail, and ordering materials
