Responsibilities

• Lead editorial direction and focus on in-depth research on relevant urban topics
• Analyze and evaluate user and customer data for optimal success on various channels
• Develop the strengths of team members continuously
• Drive the development of the digital strategy for the local editorial team and the entire WAZ
• Act as a contact person for readers, users, and local influencers
• Represent WAZ in Witten and make journalistic contributions as a chief reporter and commentator
