Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Communication, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the agency or media industry
• Strong organizational skills and understanding of business operations
• Proven experience in project management from proposal creation to goal achievement
• Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and client requests
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients
• Fluency in German and English

Responsibilities

• Lead digital design and integrated projects from briefing to realization, with direct client contact
• Act as the interface between UX/UI design, programmers, and specialists from different disciplines within the agency group
• Plan and manage project budgets and be responsible for new business initiatives
• Coordinate resources and capacity planning within the team
