Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable, successfully completed training
• First experiences in event communication through internships or freelance work in agencies or companies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Initiative and creativity in consulting and conception tasks
• A forward-looking view in project management
• Business thinking in cooperation with external service providers

Responsibilities

• Support in the creative development, implementation, and control of live marketing for our clients
• Support for well-known clients
• Taking on responsible tasks and the opportunity to support the further development of clients with a lot of personal responsibility
• Room for the implementation of your own ideas and a lot of creative freedom in an owner-managed agency group
• Mixture of systematic training within our agency's own trainee program and training on the job
