Requirements

• Completed commercial education and knowledge of digital media
• Excellent communication skills and a well-groomed appearance
• Ability to engage people in technology and digital products
• Very good German language skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SAP
• Organizational skills, initiative, and knowledge/interest in the Hamburg region
• Teamwork, flexibility, and willingness to work shifts (Mon-Sat)

Responsibilities

• Customer support for digital products and other offerings
• Assisting customers with questions about hardware and applications
• Collaboration with central customer service and handling complaints
• Sales support for regional and national event tickets
• Reception duties for the FUNKE Mediengruppe in Hamburg
• Assisting with inventory management and processing of classified ads in SAP IS/MAM
