Requirements

• Enrolled student at a German university
• Ideally some experience in media, advertising, or communication
• Attention to detail, reliability, ability to handle multiple tasks
• Good with numbers and comfortable with systems, tables, and bookings
• Strong communication skills, team player, proficient in MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Support the Ad Management/Disposition team with media order capture and reservations
• Check and manage invoices, act as a contact person for accounting
• Collaborate closely with internal interfaces and other nationwide sales offices
• Assist in structuring and improving processes in Ad Management
• Support the team with organizational and administrative tasks in daily operations
