Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to the development of digital products and IT infrastructure
• Assist in evaluating new technologies and processes for workflow improvement
• Collaborate with different teams in an agile environment
• Create, expand, and maintain internal tools
• Support QA Managers in testing projects and administrative tasks
• Evaluate KPIs for service quality improvement, optimize documentation, and work on infrastructure with architects
