Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Professional experience in accounting and/or controlling as well as experience in commercial project management
• Ideally, experience in a growing and dynamic agency environment
• Understanding of the working methods and processes of an agency
• Responsible, careful, and conscientious work ethic
• Strong numerical understanding and analytical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills and very good MS Office knowledge
• Good English skills in spoken and written form

Responsibilities

• Project controlling in the agency environment at the interface of operational teams, accounting, and controlling
• Creating reports, evaluations, KPIs, and analyses
• Relief of project managers in billing and accounting issues
• Master data and account maintenance
• Participation in the optimization of processes and procedures
• Preparation and provision of financial figures for management
• Exciting work in an owner-managed agency group with flat hierarchies and a lot of creative freedom
