Requirements

• Successfully completed studies or professional training as a Redakteurin, Grafikdesigner, or Mediengestalterin
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in editorial production management
• Fluent and negotiation-safe English and German
• Strong interest in digital topics and ability to quickly understand and communicate new digital systems
• Proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Office, Acrobat, and practical experience with content management systems like InterRed
• Attention to detail and focus on precision
• Excellent organizational skills in project, time, and workflow management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the timely production of the Business Spotlight magazine in print and digital formats, including all related products
• Manage the editorial production in the cross-media content management system InterRed
• Coordinate the production process with the advertising, marketing, and digital teams
• Continuously improve workflow within and outside the editorial department
