Requirements

• Several years of experience in social media, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of platform mechanics, algorithms, and social media trends
• Proficiency in creating content (text, image, video) and using social media tools
• Willingness to work weekends and shifts

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational management of the social media team
• Develop and implement an overarching social media strategy across various platforms
• Analyze KPIs, report, and optimize social media activities
• Manage community interactions and identify new trends and formats
