Requirements

• Degree in Marketing & Communication or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic and operational marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, lead generation, user experience/customer journey, branding, and events
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different departments and stakeholders
• Strong digital knowledge, including social media channels and innovative communication
• Hands-on mentality, proactive, and a team player

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective marketing activities
• Develop and manage the marketing team
• Coordinate advertising budgets for all marketing campaigns across various channels
• Define marketing strategies, goals, and measures for campaign management
• Create a seamless customer experience across digital and physical touchpoints
• Build a reporting suite including tracking, KPI analysis, and reporting
