Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable degree
• Experience in (direct) marketing or direct sales
• Strong creativity and customer understanding
• Comfortable working with KPIs

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and implement cross-media sales campaigns for subscription acquisition
• Identify and convert new target groups for digital and print products
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, deriving specific sales measures along the user journey
• Conduct potential analyses and optimize the cross-media mix
• Collaborate on campaigns for the digital transformation of journalistic products
