Responsibilities

• Develop cost optimization projects in newspaper and advertisement delivery and successfully implement them with area managers and delivery staff
• Develop new quality measures and projects in newspaper and advertisement delivery and implement existing projects and quality standards
• Lead in quality and complaint management
• Manage measures related to delivery staff recruitment and retention
• Participate in various restructuring projects
