Requirements

• Completed education in logistics or a comparable qualification
• Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good communication skills and self-organization

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the delivery of print products in the assigned area
• Hiring and disciplinary management of delivery staff, including conducting employee conversations
• Short and long-term planning of district assignments in the distribution areas
• Preparation of monthly payroll, creation of employment contracts, and further development of onboarding procedures
• Budget responsibility as a team leader and handling of complaint management
