Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training or a degree, with ideally some experience in direct marketing, direct sales, or marketing
• High level of creativity and strong customer understanding

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven sales campaigns and innovative B2C marketing measures
• Optimize a joint sales strategy for subscription acquisition in collaboration with the editorial and marketing teams
• Target new and existing audiences for digital and print products
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and derive concrete sales measures along the user journey
• Conduct potential analyses and lead generation measures
• Support events for and with readers
