Requirements

• Successfully completed journalism education and/or professional experience as an online editor
• Strong understanding of Schlager topics
• Ideally, experience in managing an online portal
• Excellent writing skills with an understanding of mobile article design and SEO
• Passion for tabloid journalism and willingness to work shifts and weekends

Responsibilities

• Reporting on Schlager-related content in text, photo, and video formats
• Producing SEO-optimized content and viral stories
• Conducting interviews and covering concerts as a regional reporter
• Identifying and prioritizing topics based on digital metrics
• Producing fast news articles for Schlager.de and potentially other portals
• Contributing to the strategic expansion of the platform through exciting projects
