Job parameters
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration or a related field with several years of work experience
- Experience in Change Management and solid knowledge of commercial law
- Proficiency in Process Mining, Artificial Intelligence, and Microsoft 365
- Ideally, experience with SAP S/4HANA and transition processes
Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement of processes in the Accounting team
- Design and implement new process approaches independently
- Drive automation and digitalization in Accounting
- Act as a point of contact for process-related inquiries and provide answers considering commercial law regulations
