Requirements

• A degree in media, journalism, marketing, or a related field and/or editorial training
• Several years of experience as a Redakteur in the agency or media industry
• Strong language skills and a creative mindset
• Ability to communicate complex concepts in an easily understandable manner
• Customer and service orientation, with an interest in work and health-related topics

Responsibilities

• Planning, writing, and producing content for cross-media magazines, newsletters, and social media channels
• Developing topic plans and format ideas in collaboration with the team and clients
• Implementing topics and formats independently or coordinating and briefing external authors
• Contributing to the conceptual development of digital and print products and supporting clients with their content marketing strategy
