Requirements

• Successfully completed Volontariat at a newspaper, magazine, or online editorial team
• Experience in a similar position, especially in the online field
• Strong digital journalism skills and knowledge of digital analysis tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Sistrix
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively

Responsibilities

• Leading the department in day-to-day operations in coordination with the Entertainment management
• Organizing and managing editorial content (research, planning, editing)
• Developing editorial concepts and optimizing editorial processes
• Conducting market observation and analysis
