Requirements

• Completed journalistic education and a university degree
• Several years of professional experience, preferably both domestically and internationally
• Experience in team leadership
• Experience in digital transformation of an editorial team
• Strong knowledge in reporting on economics and politics
• Ability to work well under high time pressure

• Lead editorial team both disciplinarily and professionally
• Develop, implement, and steer topics in the department
• Focus on digital channels in work
• Edit and oversee the most important texts daily
• Drive digital transformation in the department
• Represent the department internally and externally
• Report to the editorial management both professionally and disciplinarily
