Requirements

  • Relevant IT-related degree and at least 3 years of practical experience
  • Good knowledge of English and German
  • Passion for modern, cloud-based systems and their scaling in new business models
  • Quality awareness for clean code and elegant frontends
  • Interest in optimizing the user experience and orientation towards business KPIs
  • Proactive assumption of responsibility as well as teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Building user-friendly and mobile-optimized frontends (next.js, react, PWA, etc.)
  • Use of current backend technologies (node.js, TypeScript, AWS, etc.) and architectural patterns (microservices, reactive & functional programming, serverless, etc.)
  • Integration of databases and distributed systems (MongoDB / DocumentDB, Apache Kafka, etc.)
  • Connection of third-party web applications (REST APIs, OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect, Headless CMS)
  • Use of DevOps processes with a high degree of automation and quality standards (e.g. GitOps, Merge Reviews, trunk-based development, A/B Testing)
