Requirements

• A journalism degree or equivalent education/voluntary work
• Experience in developing digital and analog products and interacting with users
• Leadership skills and experience in a similar position
• Methodical and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and an open and honest error culture

Responsibilities

• Develop the team and editorial direction of the Berliner Zeitung and Berliner Zeitung am Wochenende
• Work with all the publications' editorial teams
• Create new digital products such as podcasts, e-papers, and newsletters
• Work on the development of print products
• Be a key interface to the market and bring topics and trends in Berlin and the world together with the interests of users
