Requirements

• Possession of a degree, preferably in a business or technical field, or equivalent qualification acquired through relevant work experience
• Previous experience in strategic purchasing
• Knowledge of reducing Maverick Buying and increasing catalog quotas
• Teamwork, strong communication skills, negotiation experience, and a confident demeanor
• Proficiency in SAP Ariba and R/3 or S/4 HANA
• Ability to recognize and analyze complex relationships

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies for Classic IT & Technology product categories
• Analyze procurement markets and manage the entire procurement process
• Determine and consolidate the needs of national business units and identify and implement cost-saving potentials
• Prepare economic decision templates for tender proposals
• Independently conduct price and contract negotiations with suppliers
• Responsible for strategic cost management (TCO & LCC) considering life cycle costs
