Requirements

• Degree in business or a technical field or equivalent qualification through relevant work experience
• First professional experience in a related position, preferably in the media industry, consulting, or a similar strategic position
• High interest in complex issues, particularly related to digital transformation in the media industry
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, data analysis, and AI applications
• Conceptual strength and diplomatic skills in dealing with corporate and strategic processes, including stakeholder management
• Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new topics
• Excellent communication skills, service and solution-oriented approach in a dynamic environment, and proactive work style
• Integrity in handling highly confidential information and topics

Responsibilities

• Support and collaborate with the CFO in the operational business of the commercial/central services
• Analyze and evaluate strategic management information, derive corresponding measures, and prepare decision templates
• Prepare and conduct presentations and develop business cases and concepts for supervisory board and board meetings
• Support digital transformation processes in the commercial areas and the further development of business area structures
• Potentially lead sub-projects in the context of transformation
• Plan, coordinate, and prepare and follow up on committee meetings, including documentation
• Collaborate on strategic and critical (partial) projects in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor and manage strategic company priorities
