Requirements

• Completed degree in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Leadership experience in Facility Management
• Knowledge of building and operating technology, energy and environmental management, and Facility Management software
• Excellent communication skills and ability to implement process improvements

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Facility Management strategies
• Manage technical and infrastructural building management
• Ensure compliance with maintenance strategies and lease agreements
• Lead, train, and develop the Facility Management team
• Select, manage, and oversee service providers and suppliers
