Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the hospitality team
• Reception of guests from media, society, and politics
• First point of contact for guest and service provider inquiries
• Represent the dpa editorial team in appearance and communication
• Event support and assistance with special events
• Acceptance of deliveries and front office administrative tasks
• Project work for special planning and developments
• Answering and handling phone calls
• Material ordering through internal purchasing
