Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, Engineering Manager, or Technical Product Manager
• Broad technical knowledge in programming, software architecture, and cloud
• Experience in web and app projects, preferably in the publishing or media industry
• Knowledge of software development and project management methods, both agile and traditional
• Leadership skills to lead and motivate interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication skills in German and English

Responsibilities

• Requirement analysis and formulation of technical specifications
• Providing technical expertise and support for decision-making and problem-solving
• Defining project plans, milestones, success criteria, resource requirements, and timeline
• Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks in project development
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and processes in software development
• Acting as a product manager for the platform team and communicating project progress, priorities, and status to stakeholders
