Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business or communication or comparable commercial training
• Knowledge in project or conversion management with practical experience
• Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and strong communication skills
• Organizational skills, creativity, and technical understanding
• Very good German and good English language skills

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and act as a liaison between the editorial team and stakeholders
• Define project goals, create detailed project plans, set milestones, and proactively track them
• Support the editorial team in identifying target audience-relevant content and provide incentives for the content direction of existing and new digital products or features
• Analyze usage and conversion KPIs to derive measures
• Coordinate internal stakeholders as well as external agencies, service providers, and subject matter experts
• Conduct workshops with executives and colleagues from different departments
