Requirements

• Completed vocational training in logistics/freight forwarding or a similar qualification
• Relevant work experience in transport logistics and knowledge of transport planning and organization
• Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with logistics software
• Solution-oriented, strong communication skills, and a team player

Responsibilities

• Independently organize and monitor transport orders for timely delivery
• Collaborate closely with carriers and internal departments to ensure smooth transport processes
• Create and maintain transport documents and reports while adhering to safety and quality standards
• Identify areas for improvement in transport processes and assist in resolving transport issues and complaints
• Prepare and conduct tender offers
