Requirements

• Completed education in logistics or a comparable qualification
• Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
• Experience in a self-responsible and varied role in both indoor and outdoor settings
• Good communication skills, initiative, and self-organization

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the delivery of print products, letters, and postal products in the distribution area
• Hiring and disciplining delivery staff, including conducting employee discussions
• Planning the staffing in the distribution areas in the short and long term
• Preparing monthly payroll, creating employment contracts, and developing the onboarding process
• Budget responsibility and handling customer complaints
