Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer-Interaction, or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, Sketch/Figma
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SEO, Storybook, and JavaScript is a plus
• Fluent in German (minimum B2) and English

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize user-centered digital products in the area of Paid Content
• Conduct requirement analysis and derive interaction concepts using design methods
• Create prototypes and test them with stakeholders using established research methods
• Optimize existing products using data from research and customer feedback
• Provide UI/UX optimization and concept advice to cross-functional teams
• Facilitate creative workshops using agile methods
