Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer-Interaction, or similar
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, Sketch/Figma
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and user testing

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize user-centered digital products for Paid Content
• Create requirement analyses and derive interaction concepts using design methods
• Make concepts tangible through interactive prototypes and test them using established research methods
• Optimize existing products using various data sources
• Advise cross-functional teams on UI/UX optimization and conception
• Conduct creative workshops using agile methodologies
