Requirements

• Several years of experience in sales management and scaling of sales units, including leading outbound teams
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising, including display advertising, audience sales, native advertising, search engine and social media campaigns
• Experience in the publishing industry and familiarity with the media landscape
• Proficiency in using digital media and understanding customer needs and suitable products

Responsibilities

• Actively lead and manage a sales team with a focus on direct sales
• Develop suitable product packages and sales campaigns with a cross-media approach
• Coach team members in client meetings
• Proactively expand the network of clients
• Continuously develop the team and support digitalization and change processes
