Requirements

  • Journalism education or relevant degree in subjects such as economics, law, politics, natural sciences, or languages
  • Demonstrated talent and experience in journalism through internships or freelance work
  • Multimedia skills in online, print, audio, and video journalism
  • Proficiency in English, with knowledge of a second foreign language being advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Dual training program over 24 months, including one week per month at the journalism school and the rest of the time working in the print and online editorial departments of Handelsblatt and WirtschaftsWoche, as well as correspondent offices in Frankfurt and Berlin
  • Conducting research and producing critical, precise, and engaging content
  • Participating in international research trips and collaborating with the Johanna-Quandt Foundation and RTL Journalism School
