Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program
• Knowledge of online debate moderation and ideally content management systems
• High interest in news and current online debates
• Ability to recognize sensitive debate topics and experience with non-discriminatory language

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Team in moderating comments and leading online discussions
• Act as a liaison between users and the editorial team
• Interact with readers and accompany various debates
• Handle conflicts with empathy and resolve them skillfully
