Requirements

• Studying at a university or college with some experience in Community Management
• Ability to work independently, structured, open to feedback, and eager to continuously develop
• Good judgment, problem-solving skills, strong communication, and excellent expression abilities

Responsibilities

• Support project management and maintain network databases
• Ensure the onboarding of new members and handle general inquiries from the community
• Coordinate with internal departments for a smooth onboarding journey
• Assist in planning and organizing events and workshops, creating presentations, member emails, and visual content for social media platforms
• Conduct in-depth research for network content development
