Requirements

• Enrolled student in fields like BWL/Business or Media Science/Business Informatics
• IT-savvy with experience in CRM systems like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Experience in IT project management and ability to prioritize tasks, estimate efforts, and coordinate next steps
• Excellent communication skills and precise work ethic

Responsibilities

• Administering CRM systems and a survey tool
• Handling 3rd-level support customer inquiries within CRM systems
• Working in an agile environment on project-based tasks with an interdisciplinary team
• Developing IT and Salesforce skills
