Requirements

• Studying Medienmanagement, BWL, or Wirtschafts-/Kommunikationswissenschaften
• Previous experience in event management or media-related roles
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online research

Responsibilities

• Support project managers/Concepters in event planning, organization, execution, and follow-up
• Invite speakers, research topics and speakers, and create presentations
• Manage emailings and invitations
• Screen ongoing media activities related to events
• Handle incoming award applications
• Manage participants and guests
• Respond to customer, participant, and service provider inquiries in writing and by phone
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, editorial, and sales departments
