Requirements

  • Successfully completed school education with good grades in STEM subjects, German, and English.
  • Strong interest in computers and software, with preferably some knowledge in these areas.
  • Familiarity with how different online services interact with each other.
  • Reliable, independent, and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

  • Alternate between practical work at the Helmut-Schmidt-Haus and theory at the ITECH Elbinsel Wilhelmsburg vocational school.
  • Gain experience in all areas of ZEIT IT during practical phases.
  • Develop solutions for IT challenges, including planning, installing, and configuring IT landscapes, operating systems, and networks.
  • Set up and test complex technical systems, as well as install and integrate software and hardware.
  • Learn the basics of IT automation to streamline recurring tasks.
