Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience in leading IT projects and teams, preferably in a medium-sized company or group.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, project management software, and Microsoft 365 implementation.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 27 employees across different IT areas.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and system architecture.
• Ensure IT security, data protection, and compliance with standards.
• Manage the IT budget and external service providers.
