Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medieninformatik, Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, or a related field
• Experience in application management, IT project management, or service management, preferably in the media industry
• Knowledge of SaaS solutions in communication, project management, or email delivery
• Familiarity with data protection and GDPR regulations
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills in German

Responsibilities

• Administer and support internal applications and cloud solutions
• Serve as a central point of contact for departments, IT teams, and service providers
• Maintain and develop the application landscape in collaboration with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and assist with privacy-related projects
• Assess the suitability of new applications and contribute to contract negotiations
• Provide guidance and support to employees on data protection matters
