Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance or related field
• Several years of experience in Investment Management, M&A, Consulting, or Investment Boutiques/PE Investment Management
• Proficiency in company valuation and conducting Due Diligence reviews
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategies to increase company value
• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities through market and competition analysis
• Collaborate with different departments to support portfolio companies in maximizing their value
• Conduct thorough evaluation of potential investments and monitor market trends and competition activities
