Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on marketing/PR
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience in project/community/program management or a comparable field
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Represent PULSE as a brand ambassador and develop long-term relationships with relevant decision-makers, partners, and potential female members
  • Develop member retention strategies, design compelling content for events, and optimize community activities with marketing, product, and event teams
  • Identify growth opportunities with sales and continuously expand the network and acquire new female members
  • Manage and moderate dialogue within the network to increase brand awareness and retain decision-makers
  • Continuously develop the network based on member interests, solicit feedback, and provide clear recommendations
  • Responsible for the network's economic success and successfully manage the business case
  • Actively participate in network formats, evaluate and define steps for continuous improvement of the offering (travel required)
  • Scout the market, both inside and outside of HMG, to continuously develop our benchmark
