Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementing the sales strategy for participant and member acquisition for B2B events and membership offers through various performance marketing channels
  • Defining, analyzing, and building customer target groups
  • Managing the sales budget
  • Acquiring new, target group-specific cooperation partners and strategically expanding existing relationships
  • Activating referral marketing through speakers, partners, specialized media, etc.
  • Reporting and analyzing sales development per channel and campaign
  • Defining and implementing different customer journeys to tap into up- and cross-selling potential for participants and subscribers
  • Target group selections based on participant analysis
  • Generating and distributing content via social media and placement on own websites to increase SEO-based reach
  • Writing emails, ads, website content, social posts, and press releases
