Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training and several years of experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills in German
• Proficiency in Office programs and interest in new media and technologies
• Possession of a driver's license and willingness to assist at other locations when needed

Responsibilities

• Personal customer support across all levels of the publishing business
• Implementation of Digital Service and support for customers in the digital entry into the product world
• Handling customer complaints and working with other departments to find solutions
• Acceptance and processing of advertisements for newspapers and advertising papers
• Selling tickets for events and merchandise, as well as presenting goods effectively
• Occasional participation in events with the service mobile
